ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps Implementation Specialist with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Chennai/Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about leveraging ServiceNow's IT Operations Management (ITOM) and AIOps capabilities to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing ITOM and AIOps modules, enabling proactive monitoring, automation, and optimization of IT operations. Key Responsibilities : - ITOM Implementation : Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and industry best practices. - AIOps Solutions : Implement AIOps strategies within ServiceNow, integrating machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to improve IT operations and incident management processes. - Incident & Event Management : Set up and configure event management rules to automatically correlate, prioritize, and manage events, helping organizations to respond faster and more effectively to IT incidents. - Automation & Orchestration : Automate workflows and processes across the IT environment using ServiceNow Orchestration, integrating with other enterprise tools and systems for end-to-end automation. - Performance Analytics : Leverage Performance Analytics to build real-time dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor and improve IT service health and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Experience : 5 to 9 years of experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow ITOM modules, specifically Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, and AIOps. - Technical Skills : Strong hands-on experience with AIOps, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Automation, and Monitoring Solutions. - AIOps Expertise : Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and proactive monitoring techniques within the ServiceNow platform. - Integration Skills : Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party monitoring and IT management tools (e.g., Splunk, Nagios, New Relic, etc.).
