Senior Power Platform Developer/Architect

Title : Senior Power Platform Developer/Architect Experience : 8 - 12 Years Work mode : Hybrid Location : Bangalore 1. Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Power Platform Developer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI Builder, with a strong ability to engage with business leads, identify automation opportunities, and drive efficiency improvements in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-toCash) processes. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic vision, and excellent communication skills to lead development efforts and guide junior developers in delivering high-quality automation solutions. 2. Key Responsibilities : Power Platform Development : - Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI Builder. - Build custom applications, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems. - Leverage AI Builder capabilities to enhance automation with intelligent data processing. Business Engagement and Opportunity Identification : - Collaborate with business leads to understand process challenges and identify areas where automation can drive improvements. - Conduct workshops and discussions to gather requirements and suggest innovative solutions. Process Expertise : - Demonstrate a deep understanding of P2P and O2C processes to propose relevant automation strategies. - Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations. Technical Capabilities : - Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in design, coding, and testing. - Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve solution quality. - Develop and maintain a repository of reusable components, frameworks, and guidelines. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Power Platform solutions. - Establish governance practices for Power Platform environments, including security, data access, and lifecycle management. 3. Required Skills and Qualifications : Power Platform Expertise : - Advanced experience with Power Automate (flows, RPA), Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven), and AI Builder. - Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and custom APIs. - Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600) preferred. Business Acumen : - Solid knowledge of P2P and O2C processes and how automation can enhance them. - Ability to map business requirements to technical solutions effectively. Technical Proficiency : - Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerFX, JavaScript, and .NET. - Experience integrating Power Platform with systems like Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SAP, or Salesforce. - Knowledge of Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Cognitive Services is a plus. Leadership and Mentorship : - Proven ability to lead a team of developers and enforce coding standards and best practices. - Experience in conducting training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
