We're looking for a dynamic Information Technology Support Team Lead to join our on-site team in Noida. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our IT support operations, ensuring our employees receive exceptional technical assistance and maintaining a high level of satisfaction. You'll manage the daily activities of our talented IT support team, guide them in tackling technical challenges, and collaborate with other departments to continuously elevate our IT service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, foster a positive team environment, and contribute to a thriving Lead and supervise the daily operations of the IT support team, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of all technical inquiries and issues. - Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to IT support team members, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented, and high-performing team environment. - Effectively manage and prioritize incoming IT service requests, incidents, and problems, ensuring adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Provide advanced-level technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of hardware, software, and basic network-related issues. - Champion a customer-centric approach within the team, ensuring prompt, professional, and empathetic support is consistently delivered, resulting in high levels of end-user satisfaction. - Empower and guide team members in diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, providing necessary expertise and escalating complex issues appropriately. - Foster seamless collaboration with other IT teams and departments to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery of overall IT services. - Drive the implementation and adherence to IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices within the support function. - Proactively monitor the performance of the IT support team and individual members, identifying areas for improvement, implementing effective strategies, and providing constructive feedback. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of common IT issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for both the support team and end-users. - Design and conduct engaging training sessions for IT support team members to continuously enhance their technical skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities. - Play a key role in the onboarding and integration of new IT support team members. - Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date IT support documentation and records. - Contribute to the development and implementation of relevant IT policies and procedures. - Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and evolving best practices within the IT support landscape. - Manage relationships with relevant IT support vendors and service providers. - Ensure adherence to all relevant IT security policies and procedures within the support function. - Maintain flexibility and be available to work varying shifts and hours as required to meet the dynamic needs of the business (ref:hirist.tech)
