Machine Learning Engineer - R/Python

We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex problems, driving innovation and enhancing business performance. You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure the successful deployment and scalability of ML solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Model Development : Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges. - Data Processing : Handle large datasets, clean, preprocess, and transform them into structured formats for model training. - Model Optimization : Evaluate and optimize machine learning models to ensure high accuracy, performance, and scalability. - Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deploy ML solutions effectively. - Research & Innovation : Stay updated with the latest trends in machine learning, and incorporate new techniques and best practices into solutions. - Deployment & Monitoring : Ensure seamless deployment of models into production and monitor performance for continuous improvement. Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience : 4-8 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related roles. Skills : - Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. - Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. - Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data analysis techniques. - Experience with data processing and handling large datasets (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). - Familiarity with deployment tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
