Solution Consultant - Salesforce

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions tailored to business requirements. This role demands deep technical expertise across Salesforce development, administration, and integration, along with strong client-facing and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be certified and capable of working in agile teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Design and develop scalable custom applications on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Configure and customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, validation rules, workflows, process builders, profiles, permission sets, and page layouts. - Handle complex integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP Web Services, APIs, and middleware platforms. - Manage deployment activities using Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, AutoRabit, or similar tools. - Ensure solutions adhere to platform best practices, Salesforce limits, and security standards. - Participate in Agile development ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Salesforce solutions in client discussions and presentations. - Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and assist in code reviews. Required Skills & Experience : - 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development and configuration. - Strong proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Solid understanding of Salesforce Administration, including profiles, permission sets, workflows, process builders, and data security. - Proven experience with Salesforce deployments and version control using tools like Ant, Git, AutoRabit, or similar. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques using APIs, middleware, and other external systems. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and client-facing roles. - Experience working with Managed and Unmanaged Packages. - Familiarity with Salesforce DX and CLI. - Understanding of governor limits, security settings, and performance optimization. - Exposure to industry-standard CI/CD and DevOps processes in Salesforce.
