Job Description

Key Responsibilities : SAP HCM UK Payroll Configuration & Support : - Configure and support SAP HCM UK Payroll, including schemas, rules, wage types, and statutory processes (e.g., RTI, P60, P45, SSP, SMP). - Ensure compliance with UK legal and tax regulations and handle year-end with SuccessFactors : - Collaborate with HR teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot payroll issues and manage payroll cycles. - Work on integration and data flow between SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central / EC Payroll. Testing, Audits & Reporting : - Participate in testing, audits, reconciliations, and statutory reporting. - Support implementation of enhancements, upgrades, and new payroll & Training : - Create detailed documentation (functional specs, test plans, SOPs) and deliver training sessions for end Skills : - 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with a strong focus on UK Payroll configuration and statutory processes. - Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Time Off, or EC Payroll. - In-depth knowledge of UK payroll compliance, HMRC processes, RTI, and end-of-year reporting. - Strong understanding of time evaluation, infotype configuration, and payroll integration points. - Ability to work independently and resolve payroll issues under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management to Have : - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Control Centre or Time Off configuration. - Familiarity with FIORI payroll apps, ESS/MSS, and HR Reporting tools. - SAP Certification in HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors modules. - Exposure to global payroll environments and multi-country rollouts.
