We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our talented team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in any of the following technology stacks : MERN Stack with Nest.js or Next.js, Golang /Java with React.js preferably. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN Stack, Golang / Java with React.js preferably. - Build and maintain scalable backend APIs using Nest.js, Golang, or Spring Boot. - Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring smooth integration with backend services. - Utilize Next.js to develop full-stack applications with server-side rendering and static site generation for improved performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to create and implement new features. - Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices, and ensure proper version control using Git. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both frontend and backend components of the application. - Optimize applications for speed and scalability to provide the best user experience. - Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Continuously stay up to date with the latest web technologies and trends to improve the development process. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 3-5 years of hands-on experience with MERN Stack / Golang / Java with React.js is preferred. - Solid experience with backend frameworks such as Nest.js, Golang, or Spring Boot for building robust APIs and services. - Proficiency in React.js for building dynamic, user-friendly frontend components. - Experience with Next.js for developing full-stack applications with server-side rendering and static site generation (for MERN stack developers) would be added requirement - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. - Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases - Strong knowledge of version control using Git. - Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and optimized code with a focus on performance and scalability. - Good problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex issues independently. - Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Docker and containerization is added advantage - Familiarity with either cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or JUnit is good to have. - Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools. - Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3. - Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
