ServiceNow Business Analyst

Role : ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) Description : We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis with a focus on the ServiceNow platform, helping to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Responsibilities : - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the ServiceNow platform. - Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are met. - Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide training and support to end-users. - Create and maintain documentation for processes and workflows. - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements. Skills and Qualifications : - 6-8 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field. - Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules. - Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. - Proficiency in creating process flows and workflow diagrams. - Understanding of ITIL principles and Service Management processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Certification in ServiceNow Business Analyst or related areas is a plus.
