Job Title : QA Automation Engineer Experience Level : 36 Years Job Type : Full-time Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our quality assurance team at Closeloop. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by designing and executing automated and manual test plans. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to identify issues early in the development cycle, maintain testing standards, and continuously improve test processes. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement new automated test cases. - Conduct manual and automated testing of new features. - Perform regression testing regularly using both manual and automated approaches. - Participate actively in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Act as a quality gatekeeper for the team by identifying bugs and potential defects. - Ensure each release meets our high standards of quality and reliability. - Reduce the likelihood of introducing production issues through thorough testing. - Follow and help maintain coding and design standards. - Adhere to and promote internal development and QA processes. - Created and maintained technical documentation for test cases and procedures. - Continuously suggest and implement improvements to testing techniques and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps. - Participate in release planning and execution processes. Required Skills & Experience - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Strong expertise in automated testing tools and best practices. - Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as WebdriverIO and Selenium. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. - Ability to effectively share knowledge and mentor team members. - Self-starter with initiative to take ownership of complex tasks and drive them to completion. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and Agile methodologies is a plus.
