Generative AI/Deep Learning Engineer

Job Summary : We are seeking a talented and passionate AI/Gen-AI/Deep Learning Engineer to join our cutting-edge team. You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing advanced AI solutions, focusing on generative AI, deep learning, and machine learning. You will work on challenging problems, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with artificial intelligence. This role requires a strong understanding of AI principles, hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, and proficiency in Python. Responsibilities : Generative AI Development: - Design, develop, and implement generative AI models (i.e., GANs, VAEs, transformers) for various applications, including image generation, text generation, and data synthesis. - Experiment with and evaluate different generative model architectures and techniques. - Optimize generative models for performance and efficiency. Deep Learning Model Development & Implementation : - Develop and implement deep learning models for tasks such as image recognition, natural language processing, and time series analysis. - Work with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. - Train, evaluate, and fine-tune deep learning models to achieve state-of-the-art performance. Implement and maintain deep learning pipelines. Machine Learning Model Development : - Develop and apply machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling, classification, regression, and clustering. - Perform feature engineering and selection to improve model performance. - Evaluate and optimize machine learning models using appropriate metrics. AI Research & Development : - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and generative AI. - Conduct research and experimentation to explore new AI techniques and methodologies. - Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions. Software Development & Integration : - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code. - Integrate AI models into existing software systems. - Develop and maintain AI-powered applications. Collaboration & Communication : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e., product, engineering, research) to define project requirements and deliver solutions. - Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Document code, processes, and findings. - Participate in code reviews. Qualifications : Education : Master's or Ph.D in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Experience: - 5 years of experience in AI, deep learning, or machine learning development. - Proven experience in developing and deploying deep learning and generative AI models. Technical Skills : - Expert proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (i.e., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Transformers). - Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (i.e., CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers). - Experience with generative AI models (i.e., GANs, VAEs, diffusion models). - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques. - Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering. - Experience with version control systems (e., Git). Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
