Cyber Security Specialist - iAM

About the Role : We are looking for a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist with expertise in Conjur/ Centrify/ CyberArk to join our security team. This role will be responsible for securing privileged access management, identity governance, and sensitive data handling across our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining these tools to ensure strong security measures are implemented throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities : Privileged Access Management : Lead and manage the implementation and operation of Conjur, Centrify, and CyberArk solutions to safeguard privileged access to critical systems and data. Security Architecture & Design : Design and implement secure architectures around identity and access management, focusing on privileged account security, secrets management, and role-based access control (RBAC). Tool Administration : Administer, configure, and optimize CyberArk, Centrify, and Conjur to ensure high availability, compliance, and performance across the enterprise. Integration : Integrate CyberArk, Conjur, and Centrify with other IT systems, platforms, and security technologies to provide seamless access control and monitoring across the infrastructure. Monitoring & Incident Response : Monitor privileged access activities and respond to security incidents involving access management solutions. Ensure audit logs are properly maintained and reviewed. Compliance & Auditing : Ensure that privileged access management solutions comply with regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, SOX, HIPAA, and others, and provide detailed reports for audits and security assessments. User Access Control : Maintain and enforce policies for managing privileged accounts, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and least-privilege access principles. Automation & Optimization : Leverage automation capabilities within Conjur, CyberArk, and Centrify to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and enhance the security posture of the organization. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks related to privileged access, account management, and sensitive data protection. Training & Support : Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams regarding Conjur, Centrify, and CyberArk tools and best practices. Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with emerging security trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices. Implement improvements to existing security practices and tools. Required Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : 5 years of experience in Cyber Security, with a focus on privileged access management, identity and access governance, or security tools administration. 3 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk, Centrify, and Conjur in production environments. Proven experience in privileged access management (PAM), secrets management, and identity governance. Strong understanding of security frameworks, protocols, and standards, including OAuth, SAML, LDAP, and RBAC. Experience with integration of PAM solutions with various systems (e.g., Active Directory, cloud environments, databases, etc.). Technical Skills : Proficient in administering and configuring CyberArk and Conjur for managing privileged access, credentials, and secrets. Strong knowledge of Centrify and its role in identity management and privileged access security. Familiar with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how PAM tools integrate into these environments. Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to streamline security operations. Knowledge of encryption techniques, certificates, and key management practices. Familiar with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools for monitoring and incident response. Certifications : CyberArk Certified Trustee (CPT), Centrify Certified Engineer (CCE), or other PAM-related certifications are a plus. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent is a plus.
