Job Title : ARIS Technical Consultant Location : Andheri East, Mumbai Experience : 4 Years Employment Type : Full-Time Job Description : We are seeking an experienced ARIS Technical Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Software AG ARIS platform, strong technical expertise, and experience in managing end-to-end implementations. Key Responsibilities : - User Administration & Rights Management : Maintain user accounts, roles, and access permissions for secure platform usage. - Dashboard Creation : Design interactive, insightful dashboards tailored to business stakeholder needs. - Portal Customization : Modify ARIS portal UI for enhanced user experience and corporate branding alignment. - Data Feed Development : Build and maintain seamless data integration between ARIS and other enterprise applications. - Configuration Management : Optimize configuration sets to meet business and operational needs. - Database Privileges : Oversee user and application-level access controls within the database. - Troubleshooting : Proactively resolve technical issues to ensure minimal business disruption. - Backup & Restore : Develop and manage robust backup strategies to protect critical data. - Disaster Recovery (DR) : Implement DR plans to guarantee system availability and resilience. - Audit & Compliance : Execute audit queries and deliver compliance reports to clients and internal teams. - End-to-End Implementation : Lead full ARIS implementation cyclesfrom planning through to deployment and post-go-live support. Required Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 34 years of hands-on experience with Software AG ARIS - Proficiency in dashboard design, data feeds, and ARIS portal customization - Strong understanding of user and database access management - Experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations - Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment - Proven experience managing end-to-end ARIS Skills : - ARIS certifications or related technology certifications - Familiarity with compliance audits and generating client report (ref:hirist.tech)
