UX Designer - Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences for IT services and consulting projects. As a UX Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and effective solutions that meet client requirements and enhance user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs and behaviors. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively. UI/UX Design: Create aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces that ensure a seamless experience across different platforms and devices. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet project goals and user needs. Iterative Design: Apply an iterative design process, incorporating feedback and making improvements to enhance user experience continuously. Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to optimize designs and improve the overall user journey. Stay Updatedb: Keep up with industry trends, design best practices, and new tools to enhance your design process and output.
