Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Job Description : We seek an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5 to 10 years of expertise in Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to improve business processes and efficiency. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. - Design and implement scalable solutions in Salesforce Cloud platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Optimize existing Salesforce applications and integrate them with third-party tools. - Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance tuning. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues efficiently. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. - Strong expertise in Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Visualforce, and Triggers. - Experience in Salesforce Cloud platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). - Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. - Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce security models. - Experience in CI/CD and version control tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Salesforce Developer certification(s) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications : - Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization. - Experience working with Salesforce DevOps tools. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
