Salesforce Architect - Apex/LWC

Responsibilities : - Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. - Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products. - Integrate third-party systems with Salesforce using APIs and middleware. - Define and enforce Salesforce development best practices and coding standards. - Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to the development team. - Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce technologies and tools. - Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce architectures. - Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA engineers. - Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce environments. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure system stability. - Ensure the security and compliance of Salesforce systems. - Design and implement data models and data migration strategies. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy within : - Strong background in software development and programming principles. - Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. - Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture and implementations. - Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations. - Knowledge of database systems and data management principles. - Experience with Salesforce data models and SOQL/SOSL. - Understanding of cybersecurity and network security practices. - Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills. - Ability to communicate technical concepts : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related : Ability to work on-site in : Prior experience in a similar Salesforce Tech Lead/Architect/Sr. Software Engineer role is a Qualifications : - Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified System Architect). - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. - Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs (ref:hirist.tech)
