Audit Manager - ITGC

Job Title : IT Audit Manager Location : Bangalore (Work From Office) Experience : 6 Years Employment Type : Full-time Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Audit Manager with over 6 years of expertise in ITGC, ITAC, IPE testing, and SOC/SOC2 reporting. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of Cloud audits , Cybersecurity assessments , and Data Privacy frameworks . You will play a key role in leading IT audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering actionable insights to strengthen IT controls across diverse client environments. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and execute end-to-end IT audits including IT General Controls (ITGC) , IT Application Controls (ITAC) , and Information Produced by the Entity (IPE) testing. - Plan, perform, and report on SOC 1 / SOC 2 audits. - Evaluate and test IT systems, applications, and controls in compliance with regulatory and industry standards. - Assess and audit cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) , ensuring adequate controls are in place. - Perform audits related to cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPB). - Identify and communicate IT control weaknesses and recommend risk mitigation strategies. - Manage client interactions, audit timelines, and reporting for multiple engagements. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business, security, and compliance teams. - Coach and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and quality reviews. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Audit, Risk, or Compliance roles. - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with: - ITGC and ITAC testing - IPE evaluation - SOC 1 / SOC 2 audits - Exposure to auditing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks . - Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27701). - Proficient in using audit and analytics tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Excel, Power BI). - Excellent communication, reporting, and project management skills.
