GRC Consultant - Cyber Security

Job Description: GRC Consultant - Cyber Location: Chennai Experience: 2 plus years Designation: Consultant / Senior Consultant Key Responsibilities : - Conduct third-party risk assessments in alignment with ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 22301:2019 frameworks. - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to information security, business continuity, and third-party vendors. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive risk mitigation strategies. - Draft and review policies, procedures, and audit reports. - Communicate complex risks and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and effectively. - Solve complex problems using structured critical thinking and issue-resolution approaches. - Ensure adherence to internal standards and client requirements at every phase of the engagement. Key Skills : - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent stakeholder management , critical thinking , and problem-solving abilities. Language Proficiency : - Good to Have: Tamil Certifications : - Mandatory : ISO 27001:2022 or ISO 22301:2019 - Good to Have : CEH, CISA, CISM, CompTIA Security, GISF Preferred Background & Terms : - Past consulting experience, preferably with Big 8 firms. - Stable career history candidates with frequent job changes (annually) will not be considered. - Hiring will be strictly subject to clearing the client interview process. - Candidate may be assigned tasks as part of the evaluation before being selected.
