ServiceNow Asset Management Integration Specialist

Job Title : ServiceNow Asset Management Integration Description : We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Asset Management Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on implementing and managing ServiceNow Asset Management solutions, including IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM). The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in asset management integration, and a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, custom applications, and system Responsibilities : - ServiceNow Integration : Lead the integration of ServiceNow Asset Management with other systems and applications to ensure seamless asset tracking and management. - Asset Management : Implement and configure ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules to manage the lifecycle of hardware and software assets effectively. - Customization & Configuration : Customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements, including building custom workflows, reports, and automation. - Documentation & Reporting : Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, asset management processes, and reports for management review. - Collaboration & Support : Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., ITSM, security, and infrastructure teams) to ensure alignment and support of asset management : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5-7 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow Asset Management (ITAM, HAM, SAM) and ServiceNow ITSM modules. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integration techniques, including web services, APIs, and other integration methods. - Experience in customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet business requirements.
