Technical Project Manager

Requirements : - 7 years of experience in project management within a tech or software development environment - Proven experience working with clients in a dynamic, delivery-focused role - Strong understanding of software development workflows, especially involving AI or code-generation platforms - Ability to read and interpret design tools like Figma, and understand how designs translate into product features - Familiarity with Agile methodology, Jira (or similar tools), and collaboration with engineering/QA teams - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Experience managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts - Strong understanding of resource allocation and delivery timelines - Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI products or platforms is highly desirable - Technical background or the ability to understand backend/frontend architecture Responsibilities : - Review and validate project requirements, including design documents, Figma prototypes, and technical specifications - Ensure alignment between client expectations, design vision, and Blitzy platform capabilities - Collaborate with Engineering (Backend & Frontend), QA, and Product teams to drive end-to-end execution - Oversee AI-generated code output and ensure the remaining development is consistent and aligned with the requirements - Participate in QA/testing processes-help define test cases, conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure deliverables meet quality standards - Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable insights for the engineering team - Keep stakeholders informed with regular project updates and risk assessments - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products - Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget (ref:hirist.tech)
