SAP ABAP Consultant - S/4 HANA Module

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA implementation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP ABAP programming, with hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments. As a Senior SAP ABAP Consultant, you will be expected to take on a leadership role, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of application development processes, problem resolution, and efficient communication within teams. Key Responsibilities : Subject Matter Expert (SME) : - Act as the primary point of contact for all technical SAP ABAP-related queries, ensuring the team has the right guidance and expertise for successful project delivery. Team Leadership & Collaboration : - Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, ensuring clear direction, effective collaboration, and efficient task execution across multiple teams. Application Development : - Oversee and contribute to the SAP ABAP application development process, from design through implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Problem Solving : - Provide solutions to complex issues and technical challenges, ensuring timely resolution and smooth progress of tasks across the project. Cross-Functional Team Engagement : - Work closely with various teams including functional c Mandatory Skills & Qualifications : SAP ABAP with S/4HANA Implementation Experience : - Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, particularly in S/4HANA environments, including custom code development, debugging, performance tuning, and enhancements. Leadership Experience : - Proven ability to lead a team of developers, manage project timelines, and make strategic technical decisions. Technical Expertise : - In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP tools such as ALV, BAPIs, User Exits, Badis, IDocs, RFCs, and enhancements. Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 is a plus.
