LambdaTest - Senior Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

Responsibilities : - Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives. - Deeply understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. - Translate market insights and customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories. - Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle. - Define and analyze key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to inform product decisions. - Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external stakeholders. - Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. - Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user engagement. - Mentor and guide junior product managers and contribute to the growth of the product : - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5 years of proven experience in Product Management, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products. - Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. - Deep customer empathy and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. - Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). - Familiarity with the software development Points For : - Technical background or strong understanding of technology. - Experience with user research methodologies. - Familiarity with design thinking principles. - Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment (ref:hirist.tech)
