Oracle Cloud/PPM Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant to join our ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, particularly within the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) suite, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and Resource Management. You will work directly with clients to gather requirements, configure Oracle Cloud applications, identify gaps, design solutions, and deliver comprehensive implementations. This role demands both functional expertise and client-facing consulting experience. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements, define current and future state processes, and map them to Oracle Cloud PPM functionalities. - Analyze client requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud PPM system configurations and process flows. - Provide functional guidance to clients on Oracle PPM capabilities, standard features, and best practices. - Perform configurations for modules such as Project Costing, Billing, Management, and Resource Management based on approved requirements. - Identify functional gaps and design workarounds, extensions, or integrations to meet client-specific needs. - Document application setups, process designs, configuration guides, and functional design documents. - Collaborate with technical teams (developers, report writers, integration specialists) to build custom reports, interfaces (RICE components), and data migration scripts. - Review and validate development deliverables to ensure they align with functional specifications. - Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria; write and maintain test scripts. - Support users in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Participate in issue resolution, change management, and deployment activities. - Prepare and deliver end-user training sessions and support documentation. - Develop comprehensive user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training aids. - Provide regular status updates, risk identification, and issue reports to the Project Manager. - Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Required Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle functional consultant, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud PPM modules. - Strong expertise in Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, Resource Management, and related modules. - Experience in configuring Oracle Fusion Applications and working with Oracle Cloud Implementation Tools (FSM, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher). - Strong understanding of project financials, revenue recognition, budgeting, and planning workflows (ref:hirist.tech)
