CIPL - L3 Enterprise Storage Administrator - PowerScale/PowerStore/NetApp

Job Title : Enterprise Storage Administrator (L3) Location : Gujarat Role Overview : The Enterprise Storage Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise storage solutions using Dell PowerScale, PowerStore, and NetApp systems. You will ensure data availability, integrity, security, and high performance for business-critical applications. Education : - Tech / BE in Computer Science or related field. - MCA (Master of Computer Applications) Certifications : - Dell PowerScale / PowerStore Certified. - NetApp Certified Storage Administrator (NCDA) Experience : Total Experience : 8 Experience : 6 years with Dell and NetApp storage systems. Key Responsibilities : - Storage Management : Configure and manage LUNs, volumes, and aggregates for optimal performance. - Backup & DR : Design backup strategies and ensure replication/high availability (SnapMirror, SRDF). - Monitoring & Performance : Monitor storage health and optimize performance using OnCommand and Unisphere. - Security & Compliance : Implement access control, encryption, and ensure compliance with standards (ISO, NIST, GDPR). - Upgrades & Patching : Perform firmware/OS upgrades while minimizing downtime. - Automation : Automate tasks with PowerShell, Python, Ansible, and deploy storage APIs. - Incident Management : Troubleshoot and resolve storage issues, working with vendors for escalations. Technical Skills : - Dell PowerScale/PowerStore, NetApp storage systems. - Storage provisioning, backup, disaster recovery. - Storage security and compliance. - Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Ansible). - Monitoring tools : NetApp OnCommand, Dell Unisphere.
