PowerApps Developer

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Apps Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in developing robust and scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and MS SQL. You will play a key role in transforming legacy applications into modern Power Apps solutions, working independently to design, develop, and implement efficient and user-friendly applications. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to interact directly with customers, understand their requirements, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy complex Canvas Power Apps independently, adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications into efficient and maintainable Power Apps solutions. - Develop custom controls and components to enhance application functionality. - Ensure applications are responsive and optimized for various devices (desktops, tablets, and mobile phones). - Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes. - Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems using Power Automate. - Troubleshoot and optimize Power Automate flows for performance and reliability. - Design and develop efficient database schemas, stored procedures, functions, and triggers in MS SQL. - Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure application responsiveness. - Maintain and manage database integrity and security. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design and document application architecture, data models, and workflows. - Identify and address platform limitations and propose alternative solutions. - Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in Power Apps, Power Automate, and MS SQL. - Use monitoring tools to track application performance, and correct errors. - Interact directly with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Document technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials. - Provide training and support to end users. - Work independently on projects from start to finish. - Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proactively identify and resolve potential issues. Required Skills : - 5 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps development. - Strong expertise in Power Automate (Flow) for workflow automation. - Proficient in MS SQL, including stored procedures, functions, and SQL optimization techniques. - Proven ability to design and develop complex Canvas Power Apps independently. - Experience in re-writing and re-engineering custom legacy applications to Power Apps solutions. - Strong software analysis and design skills with knowledge of platform limitations. - Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with Dataverse. - Experience with sharepoint online. - Experience with API integration. - Experience with other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint Online, Teams). - Knowledge of Azure services and integration with Power Apps. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
