Job Title: Senior PLSQL Developer. Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra. Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week. Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Senior PLSQL Developer with expertise in dynamic queries, E-Business Suite (EBS), and JSON to join our growing team in Nagpur. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts, as well as implementing efficient data integration solutions. Experience in the finance sector will be given priority, as your deep understanding of financial systems will add immense value to the business applications you support. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and optimize dynamic SQL queries and PL/SQL programs to support critical business operations. - Leverage your experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to enhance and maintain modules such as Finance, Order Management, and HRMS. - Work extensively with JSON for data exchange and integration between systems to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy. - Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop, test, and deploy stored procedures, functions, and triggers that automate business processes within the Oracle database environment. - Provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS modules, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and issue resolution. - Conduct database tuning and performance optimization to ensure optimal query performance, high availability, and scalability. - Follow best practices for database design, security, and data integrity while ensuring compliance with financial regulations (especially in the finance sector). - Mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure that quality standards and best practices are maintained across the team. Preferred Qualifications : - A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in PLSQL development, with a focus on dynamic queries and Oracle EBS. - Proven expertise in working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), particularly in Finance modules (e., GL, AP, AR, FA). - Strong experience working with JSON for data integration and exchange between systems. - Previous experience in the finance sector is a top priority, as familiarity with financial systems and processes is critical to the role. - Excellent knowledge of Oracle Database and performance tuning best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex database and system challenges. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams. - Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.
