Key Responsibilities : - Architect and design high-performance backend systems and services using Java. - Define the technical direction and backend architecture, ensuring scalability and resilience. - Mentor and lead mid-level/junior engineers through design reviews, coding standards, and best practices. - Ensure seamless integration across cloud-based services, databases, and microservices. - Own delivery of large modules/features from planning to production. - Collaborate with product managers and other engineering leads for roadmap planning. What We're Looking For : - 7 years of backend development experience with strong architectural and system design expertise. - Expertise in Java, microservices, and distributed system architecture. - Strong background in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD). - Hands-on experience working in a cloud-native environment (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Ability to lead technical discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and make scalable design decisions. - Previous experience in a high-growth fintech startup or fast-paced product environment. - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science from IIT/NIT/BITS or top-tier institutes.
