Location : Hyderabad, Bengaluru (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Employment Type : Fulltime Experience : 15 Years Notice Period : 30 Days or Less (Immediate Joiners Preferred) About the Job : We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team in either Hyderabad or Bengaluru. This is a critical leadership role where you will be responsible for defining and driving the technical vision and architecture of our Salesforce platform. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and your extensive experience to design scalable, robust, and high-performing solutions that meet our evolving business needs. As a Salesforce Architect, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units, development teams, and IT leadership to translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions. You will provide technical guidance, ensure adherence to best practices, and play a key role in the successful delivery of complex Salesforce projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for leveraging the full potential of the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities : Solution Architecture & Design : - Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. - Define and document the overall system architecture, including integrations with other enterprise systems. - Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce products, AppExchange solutions, and custom development approaches to meet business requirements. - Design data models, data migration strategies, and data integration processes. - Develop technical specifications, diagrams, and other architectural artifacts. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards. Technical Leadership & Guidance : - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce development teams. - Guide and oversee the work of Salesforce developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and evangelize their adoption within the organization. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication : - Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. - - Participate in requirements gathering sessions and provide technical input. - Present architectural designs and solutions to stakeholders for review and approval. Platform Governance & Best Practices : - Define and enforce Salesforce governance policies and standards. - Establish and maintain best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and maintenance. - Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. - Monitor the health and performance of the Salesforce platform and recommend optimizations. Innovation & Continuous Improvement : - Identify opportunities to leverage new Salesforce features and technologies to improve business processes and efficiency. - Contribute to the development of reusable components and frameworks. - Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) and prototyping activities. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the Salesforce platform and development processes. Required Skills & Experience : - A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - 15 years of overall IT experience, with a significant portion focused on the Salesforce platform. - Proven experience (8 years) as a Salesforce developer and at least 5 years in a Salesforce Architect role, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations. - Deep proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools. - Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization options (declarative development). - Strong knowledge of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. - Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns. - Experience with data modeling, data migration, and data integration tools and techniques. - Understanding of security best practices for Salesforce development and deployment. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication (both written and verbal) skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Experience working in Agile development methodologies. Highly Desirable Skills & Experience : - Salesforce certifications such as : 1. Salesforce Certified Application Architect 2. Salesforce Certified System Architect 3. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II 4. Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant 5. Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce. - Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds. - Experience with enterprise integration tools and platforms. - Familiarity with architectural frameworks and patterns. - Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
