They build a wide variety of Commercial & Municipal projects ranging from $2M - $10M, both Ground-up & Renovations all throughout the state of Maine. With a huge backlog of projects in their pipeline, they are looking to bring on board a strong Project Manager, who is a team-player to assist them as they continue their growth & success. Job Description Superintendent - Commercial Builder - Portland ME Responsibilities: Successfully manage Project from start to finish Provide oversight & leadership to the construction team Communicate successfully with clients Enforcing strict safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
