This includes assisting with hardware and software swaps as well as helping to set up new sites for COVID vaccinations. Candidate should be familiar with: o Imaging thin clients, laptops, and desktops o Configuring and deploying iOS and Android mobile devices o Configuring and deploying a wide range of computer equipment including Zebra printers, Zebra bar code scanners, paper scanners, credit card scanners, and monitors o Following scripts to validate and sign off of installed equipment o Be familiar with IT ticketing systems o Ability to follow technical documentation Preferred experience: o Large enterprise deployment o Deploying end-user computer equipment in a health care organization o Ability to working independently or part of a team o A or Network preferred Additional Skills & Qualifications - Prior experience working with Remedy (ticketing system) Enterprise Req Skills deployment,hardware support,software support Job Title PC Technician Top Skills Details 1. Familiar with hardware installation - can install new equipment at workstations as well as replacing/swapping hardware (i.e. desktops, laptops, peripherals) 2. Good understanding of software- can assist with installing new software as well as cleaning up a PC to replace 3. Imaging- has done imaging before in bulk (method over the network preferred) 4. Self-starter - isn\'t afraid to be busy and look for ways to get work done vs. sitting around waiting for orders.
