Job Description Job Description Voice Admin - “Experienced Voice Admin having strong hands on experience on telecommunication equipment including Avaya, Microsoft and Cisco, and also should be well versed with VoIP, SIP, QoS etc. Strong hands-on knowledge of the configuration and optimization of telecommunications equipment including Avaya, Microsoft and Cisco. Strong hands-on knowledge of the configuration and optimization of telecommunications protocols including VoIP, SIP, QoS and ancillary applications. Working knowledge of current telecommunications practices and principles, including cabling and wiring systems design and installation. High level understanding of call center integrations, IVR, and call flow. Ability to operate tools, components, peripherals, and testing accessories. Ability to research, prepare and present capacity forecasting, and system upgrade recommendations. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Participates in rotating on-call scheduled for after 24-hour support.
