Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS) is a brand new behavioral and mental health service provider with a unique holistic care approach for children in the PA region! Managed by Administrators with a combined 40 years of experience in working with infants, toddlers, children and youth with unique abilities. Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) r esponsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide supervision to behavior technicians/RBTs. Empower and coach parents and caregivers. Conduct assessments and design/implement individual treatment plans. Uphold the company mission, core values, and ethical standard at all times. Always maintain a professional relationship with clients and providers Manage own schedule and caseload. Maintain the confidentiality of information including client records (HIPAA laws), personnel information and other relevant issues.
