Job Description Job Description Compensation Analyst A client of ours is looking for a Compensation Analyst for a contract role. The successful candidate will manage and optimize incentive programs for both sales and non-sales teams. You’ll play a crucial role in aligning pay strategies with business goals, ensuring accurate incentive payouts, and delivering performance insights through data analysis. Responsibilities of Compensation Analyst Administer and enhance incentive compensation plans Calculate monthly commissions, bonuses, and adjustments Create and distribute reports to Sales and Senior Management Partner with Sales, Finance, and Payroll teams Communicate incentive program details to employees Skills/Qualifications of Compensation Analyst Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience; or 7 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience 3 years in compensation, incentives, or a related role Advanced degree or certifications (MBA, CPA, SHRM-CP) is preferred Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools Experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) systems preferred Solid understanding of incentive plan design and compensation software/HRIS systems Analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Background in managing both sales and non-sales incentive plans preferred If you are interested in this or similar Compensation Analyst roles, please contact our team at 484.254.9060 for additional information and reference JO 03710-0013211304
