Job Description : Job Summary : - We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager & Cloud Architect with extensive experience in Azure cloud migration, Landing Zone setup, Digitalization, Workplace Implementation, and Cloud Security. - This role requires strong people management skills and expertise in Intune MDM, Identity Management, and Data Center Operations. - The ideal candidate will lead cloud strategy, drive digital transformation, and ensure secure and efficient cloud adoption. Key Responsibilities : Cloud Strategy & Architecture : - Design and implement Azure-based Landing Zones and migration strategies. - Lead end-to-end Azure cloud migration initiatives. - Oversee digitalization projects, ensuring seamless cloud adoption and scalability. - Implement best practices for cloud security, governance, and compliance. Workplace & Identity Management : - Manage Intune MDM for modern workplace implementation. - Lead identity and access management (IAM) solutions in a cloud environment. - Ensure smooth enterprise-wide implementation of Zero Trust security models. People & Project Management : . - Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, architects, and IT professionals. - Manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud transformation roadmaps. - Develop strategies for cost optimization, automation, and operational efficiency. Cloud Security & Data Center Operations : - Define security frameworks and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Oversee data center migrations, hybrid cloud integrations, and infrastructure optimizations. - Implement monitoring and incident management processes for cloud environments. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 11-15 years of experience in cloud architecture, migration, and IT infrastructure. - Proven expertise in Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). - Hands-on experience with Landing Zone architecture and cloud modernization. - Strong understanding of Intune MDM, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Zero Trust security. - Experience in people management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. - Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, compliance, and governance. - Hands-on experience in data center operations, hybrid cloud environments, and automation. - Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer, or equivalent are preferred. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, and automation tools. - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker). - Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud security controls.
