Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang (GO) Developer to join our team in Trivandrum. This is a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining Go-based applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features, conduct code reviews, and ensure application performance and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain scalable, efficient Go applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features. - Debug applications, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. - Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - Ensure the responsiveness, scalability, and reliability of applications. - Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle. Required Qualifications : - Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience. - 5 years of hands-on experience in Golang (GO) development. - Strong expertise with gRPC and microservices architecture. - Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and the Go runtime. - Proficient in database technologies such as SQL and PostgreSQL. - Strong skills in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with front-end development, particularly React.js. (ref:hirist.tech)
