Job Title : Senior Kubernetes Engineer (Red Hat Certified). Location : Remote. Experience : 6-8 Years. Certification Required : Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers and Kubernetes (Mandatory). Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and Red Hat Kubernetes Certified Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Kubernetes clusters, container orchestration, and ensuring high availability and scalability of microservices-based applications. Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters (OpenShift and/or upstream Kubernetes). - Handle container orchestration, service mesh, and workload deployment. - Automate Kubernetes operations using Helm, Ansible, or Terraform. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kubernetes performance and availability. - Manage CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications. - Work with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure platform stability and compliance. - Implement and enforce best practices for Kubernetes security, networking, and storage. Required Skills : - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and container platforms like Docker, CRI-O, or Podman. - Experience working with Red Hat OpenShift is highly preferred. - Solid knowledge of Linux (RHEL) systems and shell scripting. Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD. - Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK. - Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Mandatory Requirements : - Red Hat Certified Specialist in Containers and Kubernetes (Must Have). - Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes and related technologies. - Strong communication, problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
