IT Compliance & Validation Analyst - Incident Management

Job Title : IT Compliance & Validation Analyst Azure Cloud. Job Type : Hybrid. Experience : 5 Year's. Job Description : - Main Technology : Supporting Cloud application hosted on Azure Databricks. - Mandatory Skills : (Must Have Skills) Incidents, Change & Release, Patch Management. - Handling compliance activities annual periodic reviews, IT risk assessment. - ServiceNow ITSM, Azure DevOps basic, Basic understanding of Azure Databricks Platform. - Optional Skills : (Good to Have Skills) Knowledge on ADO Release Pipelines, handling system documents in ADO Repos, supporting cloud applications. Roles & Responsibilities : - Primarily you play the role of a Business analyst/Subject matter expert focusing on the system management activities including but not limited to Operation & maintenance, Incident & Problem, Change & Release, Patch Management, Support System Manager. - Coordinate with the vendors and team members to identify technical solutions as needed. - Drive annual periodic reviews (User Review Report, Configuration Review Report, IT Periodic System Evaluation), IT risk assessment. - Experience in pharmaceutical industry with a strong compliance understanding and validation activities. - Experience in ITSM ServiceNow to handle Incidents. - Experience in Azure DevOps to work with ADO Boards, Repos, Test Plans, Release Pipelines. - Basic understanding of Azure Databricks Platform. - Experience in supporting cloud application hosted on Azure Databricks is an added advantage. - Be self-motivated and have a strong desire to understand the business complexities and system landscape. - Experience working in an agile setup is an added advantage. - Highly focused with a quality mindset, self-driven and strong commitment. - Demonstrate proactiveness and ownership.
