ModeWork From Office (5 days working). Work Experience Required 9 to 12 years. Notice Period 30 days maximum can be considered. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Leadership & Team Management. - Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring smooth execution of projects. - Define and track team and individual tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. - Proactively identify and resolve development roadblocks. - Hands On Full Stack Development. - Dot Net Core: Design, develop, and optimize back-end systems. - Angular: Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular 14. - API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration. - SQL Server Database: Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot database performance. - Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to support SaaS applications. - System Performance & Security (Added Advantage). - Azure Server Management - Optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment. - System Performance Monitoring - Identify and resolve bottlenecks. - Security Best Practices - Implement authentication, encryption, and data protection measures. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : - Proven experience as a Development Manager or Lead Developer in a SaaS or enterprise environment. - Strong hands-on development skills with Dot Net Core, Angular, SQL Server, and API development. - Experience in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) - from planning to deployment. - Ability to manage and mentor developers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS : - Azure cloud experience - Server management, performance optimization, security. - CI/CD pipeline experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools. - Experience in large-scale SaaS applications and microservices architecture.
