Technical Lead - Salesforce

Salesforce Technical Lead. Experience : 7 Years. Location : Mumbai. Work Hours : 9 AM - 6 PM IST (Occasionally extended). Primary Tech Stack : - Salesforce Core Development (Apex, Flows, Workflows). - Integrations & Data Migration (ETL - Talend). - Scripting & Customizations. Secondary Skills : - Hands-on coding when needed. - Proactive in POCs and technical exploration. - Ability to challenge and improve team solutions. Responsibilities : - Lead Salesforce development projects with a focus on scalable, high-quality solutions. - Manage integrations, migrations, and automation using Apex and Talend. - Provide technical mentorship and team management. - Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs. - Promote best practices in coding, security, and compliance. - Conduct POCs and technical discussions with stakeholders. - Foster innovation and efficiency within the Salesforce team.
