Automation Engineer - Python & Selenium

Job Description : We are looking for a skilled and proactive Automation Engineer with expertise in Python and Selenium to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing robust automation frameworks and test scripts for web applications. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop automated test frameworks and scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver. - Maintain, execute, and enhance automation test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing. - Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and build effective automation solutions. - Analyze test results, identify issues, and work closely with development teams for resolution. - Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions. - Ensure timely delivery of quality releases through continuous integration and automation coverage. - Document test cases, execution results, and issues accurately and clearly. Required Skills & Experience : - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation using Python and Selenium. - Strong understanding of automation frameworks like PyTest or unittest. - Experience with web technologies, DOM structure, and browser debugging tools. - Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Git, and JIRA. - Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
