About the Job : We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Tosca Automation Architect to lead our test automation efforts, specifically focusing on SAP and Salesforce applications. This is a critical role requiring deep technical expertise in Tricentis Tosca, a strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes, and the ability to design and implement robust automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on capabilities, capable of driving automation initiatives and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software delivery processes. This is an onsite position based in Hyderabad, and we are looking for candidates who are currently local to the Strategy and Architecture : - Define and establish the overall test automation strategy and roadmap, aligning with project goals and timelines, with a strong emphasis on SAP and Salesforce applications. - Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient Tosca automation frameworks tailored for SAP and Salesforce environments. - Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools and technologies within the Tosca ecosystem to enhance testing capabilities. - Establish and enforce automation standards, best practices, and guidelines across projects. - Provide architectural guidance and oversight to automation engineers and Implementation and Deployment : - Lead the end-to-end implementation and deployment of Tosca solutions for SAP and Salesforce applications. - Configure and customize Tosca components, including Exploratory Testing Agent (XTA), Test Data Management (TDM), and Service Virtualization (if applicable). - Develop and maintain reusable test scripts, modules, and function libraries within Tosca. - Integrate Tosca with other relevant tools and systems, such as ALM platforms (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and reporting and Salesforce Automation Expertise : - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP and Salesforce application architectures, functionalities, and underlying technologies. - Develop automation solutions that effectively address the unique testing challenges associated with SAP (e.g., SAP GUI, Fiori, S/4HANA) and Salesforce (e.g., Lightning, Classic, APIs). - Implement best practices for automating SAP and Salesforce specific controls, validations, and business processes within Tosca. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues related to SAP and Salesforce Leadership and Mentoring : - Provide technical leadership and guidance to automation engineers and testers. - Mentor and coach team members on Tosca best practices, automation techniques, and SAP/Salesforce specific automation approaches. - Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the automation and Communication : - Collaborate effectively with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design appropriate automation solutions. - Communicate automation progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Participate in project meetings and provide valuable input on testability and automation Monitoring and Optimization : - Monitor and analyze automation execution results to identify areas for improvement. - Optimize automation scripts and frameworks for performance, stability, and maintainability. - Implement strategies for continuous improvement of the automation Skills and Experience : - Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in software testing, with a significant focus on test automation. - Extensive hands-on experience (5 years) as a Tosca Automation Architect, leading and implementing automation solutions. - Proven expertise in designing and developing robust Tosca automation frameworks from scratch. - Strong working experience in the deployment and automation of SAP applications (e.g., SAP GUI, Fiori, S/4HANA). - Strong working experience in the deployment and automation of Salesforce applications (e.g., Lightning, Classic, APIs). - In-depth understanding of Tosca concepts, architecture, and modules (e.g., Test Cases, Modules, Execution Lists, Reporting). - Proficiency in scripting languages relevant to Tosca (e.g., VBScript). - Experience with test data management strategies and tools within the Tosca ecosystem. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of Tosca with CI/CD tools. - Experience with ALM tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
