Full Stack Engineer - Java/React.js

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 6 years of experience in developing end-to-end web applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React.js on the frontend. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can own modules, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications and APIs. - Architect scalable and secure backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services. - Build responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6). - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver features on time. - Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack. - Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for coding and documentation. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning. - Mentor and support junior developers as Skills : - 6 years of professional software development experience. - Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. - Solid experience with React.js, Redux (or similar state management), and component-based UI development. - Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols. - Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. - Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Strong problem-solving and analytical to Have : - Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress. - Exposure to DevOps tools and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). - Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSocket-based architectures.
