About the Job : We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team in either Hyderabad or Bengaluru. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be onsite for 3 days a week, fostering collaboration and innovation. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs and drive tangible results. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and your extensive technical expertise to lead projects, mentor team members, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for Salesforce and a proven track record of architecting complex systems, we encourage you to apply Architecture & Design : - Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform. - Define system landscapes, integration strategies, and data migration approaches. - Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce products, AppExchange solutions, and third-party integrations. - Create and maintain technical architecture documents, including solution diagrams, data models, and integration & Implementation Guidance : - Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce development teams. - Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural principles and development standards. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Oversee the development and deployment of custom Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and other relevant Management & Communication : - Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and other IT teams to understand requirements and communicate technical solutions. - Present technical designs and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Manage client expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical Expertise & Innovation : - Maintain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform roadmap, new features, and best practices. - Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce technologies and approaches to enhance our Salesforce capabilities. - Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in cloud computing and enterprise applications. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the Salesforce & Team Development : - Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers, fostering their technical growth and expertise. - Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge sharing initiatives. - Promote a collaborative and high-performing team & Compliance : - Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to security policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. - Participate in defining and enforcing Salesforce governance Skills & Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10 years of proven experience as a Salesforce developer, with increasing responsibility in solution design and architecture. - In-depth understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture, its various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), and their limitations. - Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL, and SOSL. - Solid understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. - Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (REST, SOAP APIs, middleware). - Strong understanding of data modeling, data migration, and data management principles within Salesforce. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Highly Desirable Skills & Experience : - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or other relevant certifications. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with specific Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud). - Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and large-scale projects. - Knowledge of security best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
