Closeloop Technologies - Quality Assurance Lead - Salesforce Testing

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance strategy for our Salesforce ecosystem and custom applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing, test automation, and manual testing methodologies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the QA team in designing, developing, and executing test strategies for Salesforce applications and custom solutions. - Develop, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for Salesforce and integrated applications. - Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing across Salesforce platforms (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud, etc.) and custom-built applications. - Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria. - Ensure high test coverage by writing detailed test cases, scripts, and executing test plans. - Drive automation adoption by identifying areas for test automation and implementing robust solutions. - Leverage Salesforce tools and technologies, including Apex, Lightning, Salesforce DX, Selenium, Provar, etc., for testing. - Monitor and track defects through Jira or similar test management tools, ensuring timely resolution. - Mentor junior testers and establish QA best practices to improve team efficiency. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing test estimations, feedback, and ensuring high product quality. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry best practices. Required Qualifications: - 8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce testing. - Strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). - Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or similar. - Hands-on experience in Apex Testing, SOQL, and Lightning UI Testing. - Experience testing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.). - Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, etc. - Experience in manual and automation testing for custom-built applications. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development (TDD/BDD). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer). - Experience with Performance Testing Tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.). - Exposure to AI-based testing tools (like Testim, Functionize, etc.).
