Job Description Job Description Occupational Therapist- OT Home Health, Pollocksville, NC, local or travel Shift: M-F , 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week On call info: On call required if requested Travel Area: Onlsow and Jones Counties Guaranteed Hours: 0 hours Productivity Units: 30 units Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required Skills Current state license as an Occupational Therapist - Required Proof of current CPR certification - Required Current driver's license - Required Reliable transportation and insurance - Required Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required HCHB EMR preferred Education Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.
