Product Delivery Manager

As a Product Delivery Manager, you will : - Lead product development and execution in R&D from requirement definition and planning to successful customer delivery. - Collaborate with multiple internal teams, including R&D, Product Management, System Architecture, QA, Project Delivery Management, and DevOps. - Take full responsibility for planning and managing the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery that meets business requirements and quality benchmarks. - Be an experienced leader with a strong technical background, self-learning ability, and the capability to work independently. Your toolbox : - 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in software development as a group leader, project manager, or delivery manager. - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in R&D as a senior developer, QA, or team leader. - Strong experience in a matrix environment, managing complex integrations and multiple versions. - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Also important : - Ability to understand both high-level and low-level technical architecture. - Strong decision-making skills, facilitating discussions to drive appropriate solutions. - Experience in leading cross-departmental processes and implementing new strategies. - Proven track record in managing large-scale development projects valued above 30MY. - Bachelor's or engineering degree in Computer Science.
