UI/UX Designer - User-Centered Design

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and designing intuitive interfaces for our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities : - Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience, aesthetics, and usability. - Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless design process and high-quality final products. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. - Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and ensure design decisions are informed by user needs. - Implement design best practices to improve the usability and accessibility of the product. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to your work. - Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users. - Collaborate in an Agile development environment to ensure timely delivery of design assets. Skills & Qualifications : - 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android). - Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout design. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly, intuitive interfaces. - Familiarity with Agile development processes is a plus. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with animation and interaction design. - Knowledge of design systems and their implementation. - Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
