Information System Analyst - IT Infrastructure

Job Title: IS Analyst Location: Goa Job Type: Permanent Working Hours: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IS Analyst to join our team in Goa. The role involves delivering, maintaining, and supporting IS services for both infrastructure and applications at the plant level. The ideal candidate will ensure service quality, compliance with IS standards, and a high level of end-user satisfaction while supporting global IS initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure seamless delivery of IS services (infrastructure and applications) to plant end-users. - Maintain IT infrastructure in optimal operational condition through routine tasks including monitoring, patch management, backups, asset and license management. - Ensure the reliability and performance of local applications by managing maintenance, monitoring, patches, backups, and compliance. - Implement and manage service management tools and processes for reporting on incidents, service requests, problem resolutions, and root cause analysis. - Organize and deliver training sessions for end-users on local systems when required. - Coordinate and oversee IS service delivery from third-party providers at the plant. - Ensure adherence to IS security policies, including backup protocols, identity management, and data recovery standards. - Produce and maintain reporting data related to IS service delivery for CIS or Plant IS Manager. - Support and facilitate the deployment of global IS projects at the plant level. - Engage with business stakeholders to understand and support their service needs. Required Qualifications & Skills: - 25 years of experience in IT infrastructure and IS service delivery. - Proven ability to manage and maintain IS infrastructure and application services. - Basic understanding of ERP systems. - Familiarity with ITIL framework (certification is a plus). - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Capable of working independently and in coordination with remote teams, both domestic and international. - Proficient in English and the local language (spoken and written). - Adept in presentation and report writing.
