The Senior User Experience Designer will be a key player in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will be responsible for leading UX design projects, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user-centered solutions. Your daily tasks will include implementing design thinking, conducting user research, creating visual designs, developing user experiences (UX), and prototyping : - Lead UX Design Projects : Oversee the entire UX design process for complex projects, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. - User Research and Analysis : Plan, conduct, and analyze user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gather deep user insights and identify opportunities for improvement. - Design Strategy and Planning : Develop and communicate UX design strategies that align with business goals and user needs. Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to guide the design process. - Interaction Design : Design intuitive and engaging interactions for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction. - Visual Design ; Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications that effectively communicate the intended user experience. - Prototyping : Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts, using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of design solutions and gather and refine product requirements. - Mentorship and Guidance : Mentor and provide guidance to junior UX designers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. - Design Systems : Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability of design solutions. - Advocate for User-Centered Design : Champion user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization, influencing product strategy and decision-making. - Stay Updated with Industry Trends : Keep abreast of the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into design : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 5 years of experience as a User Experience Designer, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior role. - Proven success in leading UX design projects from concept to delivery. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design and a variety of project types. - Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment. - Experience in mentoring and leading other designers. - Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and their impact on design. - Experience designing for diverse users and accessibility standards Qualifications : - Experience with e-commerce, enterprise software, or other relevant industry experience for Livoso Technologies. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with design systems and component libraries. - Familiarity with data analytics and user behavior tracking.
