Responsibilities : - Talent should have 6 years of complete hands-on experience into JIRA and Confluence Administration with not only in UI but also from the backend environment activities - Talent should have hands-on experience in Service Now Ticket Management end-to-end process - Talent should have JIRA & Confluence On-Premise, Cloud & Datacenter environment administration experience - Talent should have full hands-on experience into LINUX Administration with Linux command execution activities at JIRA/Confluence Back end - Should have hands-on experience into JIRA Installation, Upgrades, Migration process - Should have hands-on experience into Confluence Installation, Upgrades, Migration (Space Creations, Migrations etc) process - Should be a strong Individual Contributor Skills : - JIRA Administration, Confluence Administration, LINUX (End to end) executions, Atlassian Suite Tool Administration, Postgre SQL (ref:hirist.tech)
