Senior Automation Engineer - Selenium/SpecFlow

Job Description :- We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Automation Engineer to design and implement robust automation test frameworks and ensure high product quality. You will play a crucial role in improving test coverage, speeding up release cycles, and enabling seamless deployments through effective automation. Responsibilities :- - Develop and maintain automation test scripts using C#, Selenium, and SpecFlow - Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define automation strategies - Implement BDD frameworks using SpecFlow for readable and maintainable tests - Integrate and maintain test suites within Visual Studio using NUnit - Perform regression, smoke, and functional testing as part of CI/CD pipelines - Analyze test results, debug failures, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders - Drive automation best practices and mentor junior QA team members - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure test coverage. Requirements : - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in test automation - Strong programming experience in C# - Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web UI automation - Proven experience with BDD tools like SpecFlow - Familiarity with NUnit testing framework and Visual Studio IDE - Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.) - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - Good understanding of software QA methodologies and agile processes.
